The bodice and shoulder area are heavily embellished with silver beading/ornamentation that forms wide capped/off-the-shoulder straps and a defined sweetheart/scoop-like neckline. The skirt is long and straight, falling to the floor with a smooth, fitted line from hip to hem. Back shows the same beaded band across the upper back and a low back opening. Fabric of the skirt appears to be a dense, matte or velvet-like material contrasting with the sparkling embellished bodice.
